At Maakun’s. Shared can. Dark gold, clear light brown with thin whit head. Smells sweet, caramel, dry bitter, tea, leaves, cardboard. Medium bitter, light sweet. Little to none carbonation.

Can shared thanks to sjogro. Clear amber, lasting white head. Wort, lots of caramel, tea, light peach, some grassy hops. Under medium sweet and light bitter. Under medium bodied with weird slick feel and no carbonation. Don’t like it at all.

bottle from overseas. Lightly grassy hops and more malt than hops in a light and boring package. Whatever this is, it’s not an ipa.

Bottle in England. Aroma is light malty, some toffee, a bit buttery. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is light, weak watery. Not an IPA by any definition, in fact a pretty lame beer.

Can. Amber body with white head. Aroma is malts with some nuts. Taste is also malty with hints of nuts and some sourness. Aftertaste is slightly bitter with some malts. Refreshing nice summer beer.

Can 50cl, a clear copper beer woth medium head. Nose is low on caramel, aroma is very basic; light caramel, watery, light grassy hops, very very boring, bit floral finish.

Bottle : Nice amber colour, thin head. Hoppy aroma not overly strong. Mild hops and fruitiness. Quite refreshing. Ok.

Absolutely awful drink, it cannot be called a beer. The first association is with carbonated water with slight caramel taste and that’s all. Almost no aroma, absolutely no hops, slight caramel aftertaste. Poor lacing head. No hops in the taste, it has no bitterness and it doesn’t need it because it is like water. I really don’t know why somebody would make this and who would gone to buy it. Even a stone taste more like IPA than this.

Clear deep golden color with a fine off-white head. A nice fruity and hoppy aroma. Medium (-) body and a fine carbonation. Fruity, malty, mild grassy and mild citric flavor. Mild and nice British ipa.
[Bottle from an off licence in Liverpool, England]
