2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Clear dark amber color, nice looking creamy, medium sized off-white head. Aroma of vegetables and caramel. Taste is malt and hints of cheap whiskey. Watery, soft carbonated. This is bad. "IPA" without and hop character. //on tap at Haratís pub Zagreb

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a gold color. Tasted of malt and barley with some bitter hop finish but really no hop flavors. Nothing remarkable and not a lot of complexity in any form hop, yeast or grain. As a bitter this is about right.

It can be a lot of things, but certainly not IPA... to me it is just some colored water.

Piwo w kolorze bursztynowym z biala grubopecherzykowa piana na grubosc jednego palca. W aromacie minimalne slady karmel, zilowosc i slody. W smaku dosc ziemiste, troche slodowe i troche herbaciane. Niezbyt duzo sie dzieje, wszystko bardzo ztonowane bez wyrazu. Dostepne w prawie kazdym pubie w UK. Trzeba sprobowac ale wystarczy jedno w zyciu, nie warto powtarzac.

1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
AROMA-Morderate malt aroma like bread-crust, light caramel, lightly toasty.Hop aroma is light earthy. Balance is malty. Light mineral feeling.
APPEARANCE-Amber color. Brilliant carity. Moderate smooth off-white head donít last.
FLAVOR-Low acid and medium salty, medium-low malt sweet, malt flavor is lightly toasty. Low earthy and resiny hop flavor. Bitterness is medium, uncomfortable with the salty flavor. Balance is moderate bitter. Very light fruity apple flavor. Finish is dry with medium salty and very light sweet. Aftertaste is light astrigency and burnt, bitterness and biting feeling last long.
MOUTHFEEL-Light body. Moderate carbonation. Light astrigency.
OVERALL-Shame. No reasons to drink again.

Haratís stand, Opatovina beer fest, courtesy of Domagoj V., G., and Ogivlado. Poured an old gold body, slightly darker, with a small white head. Dry aroma, herbal touch. Smooth empty dryish taste, vague herbal note, vague maltiness. This is just useless, even for the strength.

Clear amber. A: medium sweet malts, some malt bitterness. T: ditto, with strong metal taste. Zero development, medium malty bitter finish. Rubbish.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
I donít know the history behind this beer and maybe at some point in time it was considered hoppy but it barely even passes for a bitter in the present day. Very weak hop AND malt aromas. This is really just a step above a typical pale lager. Not really much to say here.............some very light biscuit and caramel malt flavor I suppose.

2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Címon England, this isnít an IPA by your standards either, and you know it! Shared from a pint bottle into nonic half-pint glasses. It poured a crystal-clear orange amber colour with weak off-white foam which immediately dissipated. Weak aromas of mushy grain, almost no hop or yeast impression whatsoever. Flavour was equally underwhelming, still no hops, and although itís fresh it already tastes oxidized with that mass-produced metallic bite. None of those great crisp, biscuity English grain traits, none of the glorious English hop essence. Just plain unpleasant, a real missed opportunity. Not an IPA, not really even an ESB. We know you guys can do better.
