Hand pulled at the Port n Ale, Great Bridge, Tipton. Tawny brown, smooth head. Dull mixture of apple, toffee and cardboard. Feels light and pleasant in the mouth, but the flavour isn’t very exciting.

Cask (handpump) at the Olde Talbot, Worcester, May 2009. Apparently brewed to "raise awareness of the plight of Morris dancers", whatever that means. Amber colour. Fairly bitter. Clean enough. Some citric notes. Drinkable.

Cask at the Bell, East Molesey, 22nd May 09. Deep amber colour with a slightly creamy palate. Decent head. Bready, average flavour, some balance. An ok pint.

Cask conditioned at The Old Bookbinders, Oxford. Brown to amber with white head. Straight from the start there is the G.K tea like hop twang, some like it, I don’t. This is a dry session type bitter, but not with outstanding character. Lasting flavour on the palate, it’s ok.
