33 cl. bottle from Fakta discounter. Clear, deep golden colour with a fine, bubbly white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, toasted and pale malts, light hints of caramel. Taste is lightly bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation. Finishes drying and slightly bitter with fruits, caramel and grasses. Crisp and enjoyable.

330ml bottle bought at Market Place by Jason’s in K11, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Clear amber colour; Less than one-quarter finger head and soapy white foam which fades in 20 seconds; Small sticky lacing with slight carbonation; Fragrant and sweet aroma of Ale malt, with grapefruit, light toffee, marmalade, floral, sugar, yeast, light crackers and grass; Close to light sweet taste of light Ale malt, with grapefruit zest, light molasses, carbo, spices, very light crackers, strong lemon, fair bitter hops and pretty light grass; Mid to light body. Thin and slightly slick palate; Mouth feel is pretty light Ale maltyness in a light, close to watery background. Grapefruit is zesty but a bit fake. Good bitterness echoing throughout but peters out quite quickly. Quiet spicy and light on yeast. Easy but a bit lightweight… Hoppiness is grapefruit, floral, marmalade, light toffee in nose. Light citrus, spice and strong lemon in taste. Bitterness is omnipresent but light and empty for an abrupt mid-astringent fruity finish; Slightly dry after taste. Fruity and bitter to mouth.

Comments: Its cascade and First Gold hoppiness is quite obvious in aroma, but rather underwhelming in taste really. Lack of other hops and other ingredients gives it less room to impress. It’s easily drinkable and nothing more. Just pass the okay marks

Barwa to jasne złoto. Piana kiepska, szybko opadająca. Aromat bardzo słaby, jest lekka słodowość, lekka owocowość m.in. jabłko. W smaku jest pusto i wodniście, co poprawia pikalnośc i to chyba jedyny plus. Goryczka niska.

Bottle @ friends Appearance: pours clear golden with ok soapy white head and some lacing. aroma/taste: gratin, caramel, bread, and some citrus notes. palette: medium carbonation, light to medium body, some grain sweetness, low to average bitterness, medium duration, and an oily texture. Overall: refreshing but not much more

Zapach z butelki to jakieś niezidentyfikowane zioła, trochę słodu.

OGÓLNIE: Piwo łagodne, orzeźwiające i dobrze pijalne.

Pours clear golden with small head. Bready, herbal aroma with diacetyl and corn. High carbonation, medium-low body. Medium-low bitterness. Rather balanced taste. OK beer.

0.33 bottle. Clear, dark gold color and a small, white head. Floral aroma, wholegrain, some fruits - not bad. Taste is a bit more hackneyed with hay, grains, some metal, and malty sweetness. Medium body, creamy texture, and average carbonation. Finish is also quite floral and fruity, not bad to be honest. Overall not a bad beer but neither is it especially good.
