The colour is a dark shade of amber, and the head is little and unstable, but dense. The aroma has incredible amounts of aroma hops, and thereby a lot of citrus fruits and flowers. It actually reminds me more of an IPA than a regular Pale Ale. However, the malts are also noticeable, and makes the beer seem even more complete. The flavor is also marked by the hops, and there is a lot of citrus, and different spices in it, maybe coriander, and furthermore some grass and straw. The beer becomes sweeter than normal when reaching out for the aftertaste - but it still is rather dry. The aftertaste has a delicate and fine bitterness. A very nice, full-bodied beer from the biggest island of the world.

500 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a small beige head. Nice floral, citrus aroma. Flavor is mild and aromatic. Some malt, a hint of caramel and hops. Not outstanding, but pleasant. Feels like a pure and clean beer, and I was told by the represent for the brewery that’s the philosophy behind these brews.

Maria (9559) - Thisted, DENMARK - JAN 4, 2007
The color is beautiful, warm golden and the head is creamy and huge. the aroma has notes of fruit and flower and is quite inviting. The flavour is smooth with a nice balance between fruit, flower, caramel and a moderate bitterness. It’s a refreshing and aromatic beer - a bit over average.

Copper coloured, clear. Small lasting, beige head. Mild and fruity, hoppy aroma. Metallic? Good carbonation. Medium sweet malty flavour balanced by vague, floral hoppyness. Sugar sticky palate. Very easy drinking beerstyle.

Pour is clear caramel with a big tight off white head...smell is lightly sweet and fruity with some light floral notes too...taste is sweet and fruity at first with maybe some pear and apple with some nice chewy bready notes...a light soft bitterness coming on in the finish...

Very nice sweet malted aroma (some fruits) and a flavor with similar notes. A very good start for this brewery close to lots of ice.

50 cl bottle. Amber, less head than the Borwn Ale. Delicate hoppy smell, and a fine hoppy aroma, too. Not outstanding, but a very decent beer.

Beautiful amber color. Light malt and hop aroma. Medium structure, light malt taste, more caramel, strong bitterness. Not bad, but very simple.

Light orange colored, vanishing white head. Flowery hops in nice aroma, some caramel and mild lemon also. Medium bodied. Flavor is also rich with bitter and floral hops, aftertaste dries nicely. Some caramel in aftertaste. Slightly one dimensional, still good beer. First country for me to have all of it’s beers..

Bottle. Amber colour with a nice big average lasting white head. Fruity hoppy and malty aroma. Flavours is dry, and quite fruity. Great Pale ale! REally the way such a beer should taste like.
