COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The latest in our Project Hoppiness series is an American pale brewed exclusively with Chinook hops. Pale and Crystal malts supply a reddish hue and malty background from which the fruity hop flavors and aromas stand out.

A - Served a clear red color with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some good lace. S - Aroma is full of citrus hops with a bit of grassy hop and some sweet caramel malts. T - Starts off with lots of citrus hops with a bit of bitterness and a touch of toasted caramel malt. Through the middle, some more bitterness comes through with a bit of grassy hop and malt flavor. The finish is a mix of citrus hop, bitterness, and sweet caramel malt. M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a nice dry and crisp finish. D - Very drinkable. Good hop and malt balance and smoothness.

Draft at the TIger with Streets and Andrew. Pours a hazy amber red body with thin lacing. Aroma is citrus hops and sweet caramel malts. Mouthfeel is nice, medium, with notes of citrus hops, some bitter floral flavors, and sweet malts.

Draft. Pours copper with an off white head. Floral and citric hoppy aroma with a light malty sweetness. The flavor has flowery and citric hops, light malty sweetness, and a nice lingering bitterness. Tasty.

Growler filled at Bellport Cold Beer & Soda and consumed the same day. Pours a hazy gold with a moderate linen white head. Pleasant aroma of bready malt, caramel and grapefruit. The flavor is malt with a mild bread flavor, light caramel, followed by some grapefruit and lesser tropical fruit. Moderate bitterness at the finish. Solid.
