Bottle: Overall a good clean solid Amber Ale. Malty and nice hoppiness all around. Recommended Gluten Free brew.

I had very low expectations for this one and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was drinkable - not good, but drinkable none the less. +++ Sampled from a 16.9 oz brown bottle this beer poured an exceptionally fizzy hazy dark brown color with an enormous creamy fluffy dark tan head that lingered forever and left good lacing. The aroma was Dr Pepper, cola and molasses. The flavor was tangy cola, vanilla, nut, buckwheat, almost sourdough bread and almost pepper. Medium finish and body though heavily overcarbonated. Not good, but not bad.

Clear amber color with white head. Aroma of bready malt liquor. Similar in taste to a Budweiser with a relatively crisp hoppy finish and a malty but bland flavor. . I like this better than the Green’s dark beer. For a gluten free, its definitely drinkable.

Pours an amber brown, aroma is nutty and sweet. Flavor is...not great. bitter, but no real hops flavor aside from that, and very thin tasting. Just...not wonderful.

Clear ruby-amber with a small but resilient beige head and a bit of lacing. Aroma of grain, eggs, caramel, and cheese. There’s really not much to the taste except for soap and malt and a slight bitterness. It tastes like soap and metal. This stuff sucks. Medium bodied, slightly fizzy, and not much in the finish beside soap and metal.

My least favorite of their gluten free beers. Try the trippel or dubbel if you want a good gluten free beer. Brown color, decent head. A good bit of malt taste but lacking a bit in the hops. The finish is a little metallic.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is very sweet with notes of caramel, cola, and boring malt, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours amber with a slight haze and an off-white head. Horrible skunky aroma with lots of phenols (?) for some reason all gluten free beers come out like this. Medium body, oxidized Sherry notes and a slight roast. Taste is better than the aroma - luckily. 230112
