Bottled, 330ml from Co-Op, Church Stretton, Shropshire. Gold with fizzed white head, carbonated. This was sharp, but sweet, hints of lemonade, there is a sweet wheaty note with a hint of orange. Not unlikeable but not really to my taste.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Leighton (6915) - London, ENGLAND - MAY 8, 2012
Bottle at home in London with Lyoli. Pours clear, rich gold with a moderate, foamy white head. Cereal nose with light floral hops. Light to medium sweet flavor, plenty of dry biscuits, light cereal, mild grassy-floral bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly crisp to finish, lightly sweet with crunchy cereal and biscuits, faint leaves and grass. A very easy drinking beer. Dries out just enough on the finish to keep it from being overly sweet. Nice beer.

The first beer in one of my random beer tasting evenings with the wife.
Brown 33cl bottle of gluten free Belgian Ale, best before 7 Dec 2011, drank Aug 2010. Poured into my ’La Chouffe’ stemmed tulip glass.
Good clear amber coloured body with an off-white head that soon settled down to a mini wisp and collar. Some lacing did occur though, as the beer level dropped.
Malted biscuit aroma and taste, but not really sweet as my comments might indicate, no gluten you see!
I thought the beer a bit thin in the body stakes but pleasant enough.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 flying_pig (610) - SCOTLAND - APR 12, 2011
A clear, dark golden colour with plenty of fizz & a nice finger sized, foamy white head with great retention. Has a malt like aroma with a little hint of sweet caramel in there too. Sweet tasting to begin with featuring a mix of pears & apples. It’s finished with a bitter aftertaste than also had a little bit of a kick to it. It was smooth, light bodied beer with a little bit to much fizz. It was also far to dry from my liking. It looked pretty good but lacked in taste & was a disappointment on the palate. - - -
