Hand pulled at the Bartons Arms, Birmingham, during their recent beer festival. Sampled with maeib. Copper colour, no head. Predominantly malty beer with some bite on the finish. Some sugary taste. Medium range, very pleasant.

Cask Stillage from the cellar at the Crown Inn, Oakengates 28/04/2006 Bronze coloured and slightly rich on the palate with an acidic tasting crisp bitter malt finish.

My favourite William Greenwood beer. One of the first people ever to try this bitter, I was intantly delighted with it.

Cask (Huddersfield BF 2004): Clear brownish amber appearance. Interesting spicy aroma, Indian, paprika, dark fruits. Smooth sweet biscuity malt palate, mild hop bitterness in the finish.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Barton Arms Birmingham. A mid brown beer with a good dark fruits aroma. There is lots of fruit and malt in the taste which is very pleasant.
