UPDATED: SEP 4, 2011 Barrel, GBBF, August 2006. Extremely pale colour with the tell-tale Perry silvery sheen. Whiff of sulphur on the nose. Itmay look watery but there’s plenty of fruit in the flavour and a quite alcoholic punch. Slightly sharp mouthfeel. A very decent Perry.

Barrel (GBBF 2006): Flat cloudy urine, but not in a bad way! Fresh apples, slightly acetic grapes. Refreshing, but lacks depth.

Barrel, GBBF. A hazy lime green coloured cider. The aroma is fizzy spritzy pear. The taste is quite dry. There are obvious pear flavours, but it is not particularly fruity. A little boring really and lacking much drinkability

Bag in a box at GBBF 2006. First perry of the festival and a good choice too. Lovely gold/silver colour with no head. Lovely perry aroma of pears and slightly vinegary. Dry perry. Lovely pear fruit. I really like it. Good perry
