Swan and Rushes, Leicester. Hazy orange in colour. Aromas are sweet, earthy apple with sharp citrus and wood. Lightly floral. Flavour are light apple juice followed by lots of earthy, woody notes. Hints of liquorice are also present. Traditional and very dry.
