Comments: Interesting horsey yeast character all throughout and globally well balanced, full-bodied cider.

Rated@GBBF2007. Yellowish golden colour, not much head. Aroma is very bittery apples with some hints of sour wood. Flavour is very dry sour apples along with hints of vanilla and wood. Refreshing and very nice cider!

A Mes rate:
Polypin at GBBF. Hazy yellow colour, almost green at the edges. A little on the farty and sulphuric side in the aroma. Flavour is better with some really nice juicyness and a really pleasant mouthfeel. Late dryness in the finish adds a bit of interest. Not bad.
