Bottle. Deep golden color. Bready aroma with peach. Almost full bodied. Bready, malty grassy flavor. There is a decent amount of hops present after all this malt.

Bottle. Nose is lightly malty with subdued caramel tones and a little spice. Beautiful amber body with a short tan head. Taste is richly and juicily malty, lightly toasted grains and low bitterness, a few swirling earthen notes covering a thin base of diacetyl. Medium body is closer to flat than heavily carbonated. A good one!

Koelschtrinker (8474) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 23, 2011

The bottle looks very good as well as the beer in the glass. Copper coloured, creamy head. Starts soft-malty, wonderful caramel-notes, also some chocolate and smoke. All on a mild level. In the finish the maltiness is a bit boring. Bit still a very drinkable and good beer!
