Hazed pale golden with a thin white head.
Nose is pale malt, lemon, a little vinegar.
Taste comprises wheat, yeast esters, citrus, lemon, grain.
Medium in body with moderate carbonation lending towards a dryish finish.
Average.

Gravity at Battersea Beer Fest 2013. Light hazy yellow colour. Quite a clean weizen, not so much yeast or spice as some, sweetish, some apple and wheat. Drank very well, especially with the Polish festival food. A pleasant beer.

GBBF. Very hazy gold beer. Light dry palate, a little crisp. Dry caramel with a banana bubblegum ester. Dry finish. Okay but a bit too dry.

Bottled. Better than average hefeweizen - lightly hazed golden with a large head; aroma of vanilla and clove; hints of corn syrup but well balanced by light citric tang and fairy floss

Bottle by 24.1.13. Nose is bright and phenolic, huge bubblegum with citrus peels. Bright banana-yellow body, cloudy with a rocky bright white head. Watery light body, lightly slimy and even a little flat, citrus and out of control phenols in the mouth. Light sweet but also equally tart, yeast is minimized.

Pours a cloudy orange, medium, frothy white head, lots of bubbles. Aroma: Banana, lemon, wheat, yeast, cloves

Pours hazy rusty orange with a fat creamy head..Banana,clove,grainy aroma with a honey,ripe banana,slightly sour,tart flavor that is sure to please any weisse beer fan..

500ml bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy orange colour with big head. Aroma is yeasty. Flavour is yeast, wheat, not so sweet aftertaste. OK.

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured hazy yellowish with a frohty, long lasting white head. Aroma has banana, yeast and light spiciness. Flavor has banana, pineapple,clove and some spiciness. Light sweet finish. Really tasty hefeweizen!
