Orange coloured, hazy. Only lightly estery aroma. Smooth and firmly malty. Dry and spicy and balanced with pleasant banana finish.

Bottle. Sweet banana, lemon, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy tan-orange color with large fluffy head. Sweet-tart banana, orange, lemon peel, clove and wheat malt flavor. Nice body. Solid, spicy weizen.

Bottle 50cl. Nice golden colour, cloudy. Yeast-dominated taste, hints of cinnamon, cloves, banana. Fruity, fizzy, clear finish. Fits perfectly to Weisswurst and sweet mustard.

Pours pale and hazy with fluffy tight white head. Nose of lemon and cloves and more of the same in the gently carbonated body.

50cl bottle. Pours a hazy yellow colour with lots of bubbles and a very generous head. The nose is of vanilla custard almost leading on to buttermilk. The taste is of more vanilla, rich cream and some other spice. The palate is big in structure, creamy in texture and quite refreshing on the end. Overall, a great example of how wheat beer should be made.

Orange beer with a banana like aroma, and a good bubble gum flavour. Overall a good wheat beer.

Bottle, at Schindler Keller, Forchheim. Hazy lemon, thin white head and moderate condition. Sweet phenol and wheat in the nose, sweet banana and heavy phenols in the mouth and lingering sweet plasticy phenolic finish.

Aroma is clove, banana, wheat and yeast. Taste is similar though it seems to just disapear, like the glass was definatly filled at one point and now its empty, but how?
