It’s golden with a creamy, white head and the aroma has notes of malt, newly-harvested grain and hay. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, newly-harvested grain, biscuit, light straw and the finish is dry.

Bottled 500ml (BB 11/2010)
Golden color, good white head. Grainy, herbal aroma. Light to medium bodied. Toffee, grains, grassy hops in the flavor. Short sweetish-grainy finish.

Bottled (thanks fonefan). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is bready malts, some grains, mild parfume as well as some bitterness. Flavour is bready malts, some quite crisp notes as well as some grassy bitterness and mild earthy and saltwatery notes as well.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, dusty, cooked corn. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081129]

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden yellow with a diminished white head. Mild fruity hops aroma. Mild bitter and vague malty flavoured. Bitter and dry finish.

Bottle, 5.1%. Clear yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is malty and dusty. The bitterness is distinct and a little harsh. Otherwise good.

Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of straw. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of grain and straw, leading to a bitter finish.
