bottle. Golden yellow colour, large and creamy head. Hoppy nose. Full of hoppy flavours, flowery and grassy, very pleasant. Malty background, but the lovelly hops dominate the flavour.

Bottle (purchased at the former Greiner-Bräu in Roding): Golden, lively carbonation, mid-sized rocky head; distinctive grainy and sweet-malty nose, covering a fine touch of Tettnang (?) hops; creamy MF, moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour; almost nutty, mainly grainy-bitter finish, followed by a hoppy "tail". Very well crafted Helles.......

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet, slightly strawy malty nose with notes of honey and shy herbal hops. Initially strawy taste with a moderate malty sweetness and bitter hops towards the finish. Decent quality Helles (18.07.08).
