UPDATED: MAR 9, 2011 Not the type of beer I tend choose. I read some reviews and wanted to try it. Very sour, vinegar like it over powers everything else in it. Quality, original, complex is what comes to mind. If you like sour beers you really should try this. Nothing else out there like it. Very serious beer for sipping.

Taster - Grey Parrot Brewery - Long Beach WA
Aroma – Had a nice dark malt with a Yarrow nose.
Appearance – Dark Brown in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor – This had a distinct flavor of malts and bittering through the yarrow that was added. No Hops in this beer. The yarrow gave off a different bittering agent.
Palate – Bitter Mouthfeel, Nice texture with a dry finish.
Overall – This was an interesting beer with the yarrow as the bittering agent for the beer. The yarrow was so strong it almost took over the dark malts. The malts where fruity and masked with the yarrow. Very interesting beer.
