Light roast, chocolate and banana estery nose. Pours dark brown, no head or lace. Dark wheat, light banana and chocolate, roast, a touch of salt. No carb, dry earthy and wheaty.

Taster - Grey Parrot Brewery - Long Beach WA
Aroma – Had a nice dark malt aroma with food hops in the nose also.
Appearance – Dark Brown in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor – Nice dark malt flavor that was roasty and very good. I liked this beer. It had a slight infection which gave off a fruity sharpness but the beer was good.
Palate – Sharp Mouthfeel, Nice texture with a dry finish.
Overall – This was the best beer for the day. It did have some infection but this was a pretty good Dunkel.
