A really weak porter. Not too much flavor here. Very smooth, but almost empty. Hints of dark malts, but always needing something.

Taster - Grey Parrot Brewery - Long Beach, WA
Aroma – Nice dark malt aroma with a small hops backing.
Appearance – Brown in color, Nice head and hazy this beer was young and needed more time to settle.
Flavor – Had a good roasty malt flavor and the hops where subtle but there.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, gritty texture with a good dry finish.
Overall – This beer needed more time to settle and also become a good porter. Too early for this beer. Had some chocolate and coffee like qualities. Can become a good beer with time.
