COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An experimental ale which blends three separate wild yeast fermentations. Two beers were brewed with fresh and pureed pumpkin, both were spiced with Ceylon connamon, nutmeg, and crystallied ginger. The third beer is a three year aged wet hop wild ale.

On at Beervana - Cranston, RI. Lightly spiced and sour aroma. The body of this is good with a decent balance of twang, earthy pumpkin sugar, and light spiciness, restrained enough to only add hints of what you’re looking for and not too much soapiness. The funk does get a bit papery and ethyl acetate, but overall is pretty decent. A nice effort.
