Cask conditioned @ South Western Arms, Soton. Dark red. Lots of choc coffee and fruity berries. Not sweet with a tart berry finish. Overly cold (served from pin in unheated back room) so slightly muted. Hard not to like mild when it is like this but nothing to love either.

RoyceH (1153) - Hesperange, LUXEMBOURG - FEB 10, 2008
Dark ruby, thin beige head. Nose is light and warm with some maltiness and some weird piss nose. Some bitterness in the nose. Mouth is watery and bitter, some light fruit, golden ale style, and some malty warmness towards the end. Quite watery all the way through. Nothing special.
