Oakes (10941) - Savusavu, FIJI ISLANDS - MAR 7, 2011
Quite cloudy. Big thick head. The aroma is very spicy, with nice bread notes. Fresh, almost IPA-like. Full malts, sweet mellow fruity hops. Great stuff - I really like this one. Does this get too yeasty in the finish? Maybe for some, but I’m down.

Deep golden color, hazy, chunks of yeast. Pineapple and citric hops in teh aroma. Flowery and citric hops and pineapple in the flavor. pepper. Malty, but massively hopped. Very long citric hopbitter aftertaste. Top class hellerbock, perhaps one of the best in the world!

Koelschtrinker (8479) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 23, 2011
8/12/11/12//12

hopscotch (8215) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - AUG 11, 2011
Bottle... Hazy yellow lager with a large, foamy, white head. Excellent retention. The bouquet is an interesting mix of honey, peppery hops and freshly baked sugar cookie. Full-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and measured carbonation. Biscuit and honey sweetness is countered by a generous, grassy hop bill. Finishes moderately bitter and tongue-numbing.
