Thinn lace and a yellow color.
This beer is all aboute malt. Malty aroma and taste. Short and small bitterness. This really shows how good malts can bee.

At the brewpub, served in a mug but as far as I could see it was cloudy golden with a white head. Sweet, heavily hopped aroma gives lots of pine, citrus, fruit and slightly sweet malt. Bitter flavours, also hop dominated in a good way... balanced but assertive is another way to put it. Hoppy, lingering finish. It hurts to rate this as I sit back in Australia... how I miss Franconia.
