32 oz. crowler, consumed on 4-28-16. Filled at the brewpub on 4-20-16. Pours a clear, dark gold with a large amount of long-lasting, cream to light tan-colored head. Too much head. Thick, long-lasting lacing. Scents of pine, peach, and apricot. Even a bit of blueberry. Quite pleasant, American IPA aroma, but the smell could stand to be stronger. Resiny, dank, piney, lemony flavor. Sweet, caramel start and sweet, berry finish. Powdered sugar and vanilla flavors. Alcohol noticeable. A light strain of astringency. Very modern IPA hopping, and Iím mixed on it, although I suspect that the brewers succeeded in achieving the flavor profile they were seeking. Bitter, pine cone aftertaste. Soft in the palate. A touch undercarbonated, as much of the carbonation appears in the head. Too fruity/juicy/berry sweet for my tastes, as many modern IPAs have become, but still a reasonably enjoyable beer.

UPDATED: APR 16, 2016 Appearance is really good, gold with a slight copper tint and a thin foam head. Has a citrusy flavor with a fair amount of hop, also has a slight hint of straw in the aroma. Overall a decent beer, but certainly not a go to beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Crisp, slightly hazy golden coloured body with a touch of a copper glow and a nice, three centimetre tall white head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops with some lemon and citrus along with a bit of tropical fruits. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy, perfumey and definitely tropical-fruit based hops with some good malt, a little earth and a touch of metal on the very end. Aftertaste shows a nice balance along with a slightly pungent and bitter finish predominantly from the hops, but also with some extra alcohol. Overall, a pretty good beer with nice flavours and a good layering of tastes. I sampled this sixteen ounce can purchased from Merchantís in Dearborn, Michigan on 24-July-2015 for US$2,29 sampled at home in Washington on 01-April-2016.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear golden amber with a thin white head. Sweet buttery citrus and melon on the nose. Medium bodied, citrus with a bit of sweet malt. Comes off a bit too sweet for my tastes, gentle bitterness on the finish.

16 oz can. Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin white head and aromas of grain dust. Flavor has some bitterness and a bit of light lemon to it, but is overwhelmingly grainy... Meh.
