COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ochre coloured top fermented Abbey Beer with an abv of 6.7%. The use of Gatinais barley combined with carefully selected hops creates a perfectly balanced, relatively light tasting beer with a fruity malty taste.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2011 12 oz. bottle, pours clear golden blond with a white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, citrus, banana and orange peel. Flavour of banana, yeast, citrus and wheat. Very nice.

Bottle from Bacchus Cornelius, Brugge. Sweet, sickly malt aroma. Clear golden colour, not much head. Strong sweet barley flavour. Quite smooth with a very sweet aftertaste. Drinkable.

A golden brew with a big white head. Nice lacing. A lite aroma of sweet fruity hops. A nice texture. The flavor is of hops, fruit and a bit of sweetness. prety good stuff.

Nice brew. Trappisty style malt and yeast. Bready and yeasty smell. Spice, bread, malty, taste good overall. Not too much alcohol but shines through a little. I liked it.

250 ml bottle, poured into leffe chalice, half a finger head, golden colour, clear. Yeasty smell, some berries. Tasted of slightly off fruit, a bit like leffe blonde but sweeter. Wheaty aftertaste. Its got a bit of fiz. Decent blonde, could drink a few.
