Ive got a 12 pack of this in the fridge, though now an 11: Yeah, this beer has most of the Triple vibes, but with less booze to enjoy. Spicy, dry and a bit overly sweet at times:Very fruity. .i get greeen apple esters and some orange: Easy to swill.

Poured translucent gold, slight white head. Aroma of yeast spice, citric, flora, and candi - overall sweet. Flavor is sweet mellifluous malt, hay, and apple-citrus which i would assume is the hops. Palate was decent, smooth but not viscous, and not overly carbonated. Nothing offensive or bland in the flavor, could session it.

11.2oz bottle poured into a mug. GB pours just like a macro brew, corn yellow with a mediumj-sized head. It does leave some nice lacing though. Just judging by the appearance and the low alcohol for the style, I have low expectations though. The aroma is quite sweet like mild pineapple or acidic peaches. There might be a touch of raisin as well. The body is light to medium. The taste is sweet and very unlike a tripel. It tastes like it smells with pineapple being predominate. There is a touch of honey taste to counter the pineapple. I am not impressed with this beer to be honest.

pours golden with white head. Aroma is fruity - raisins and yeasty, very sweet nose, almost banana with light herbal - vegetable hops. Taste, yeasty and hoppy. Smooth with a very honesy like mouthfeel, enjoyable palate with a light bitter aftertaste. Subtle fruity tones of citrus and orange coupled with some sweetness.

Bottle. Light sour, a little bit of yeast and citrus. Medium white creamy head, normal duration. The body is clear and dark yellow/orange. The first taste is light sour. The duration is medium. Quite some carbonation, dry and light creamy body, medium body.

i think, like their dubbel, grimbergens blonde stands out from other abbey ales in that it isn’t a very big beer. It can be a let down if you let it be, but going expecting this of grimbergen, i think it is excellent. It may not hav a huge set of complex yeast flavors but it does have some nie fruit aromas and it finishes super clean and refreshing. would be a great session beer, how often do you hear that about a tripel

Draught. Pours golden, with decent and durable head. Honey aroma, with citrus notes, and similar on the palate, though with a slightly metallic hint. Decent enough, but nothing exceptional.

500 ml can. Medium gold color, head disappeared quickly. Sweet, slightly fruity aroma. Mostly malt. Taste is similar. This is not all that interesting. A bit strong, decent hopping and ok fruit, but pretty bland. OK, but nothing special and not much different from other mass-produced Abbey blondes.
