Ochre coloured top fermented Abbey Beer with an abv of 6.7%. The use of Gatinais barley combined with carefully selected hops creates a perfectly balanced, relatively light tasting beer with a fruity malty taste.

Tap at L’ Agape Cafe, Serris, France.
Pours an average lively yellow with an aroma of trash bin coriander. Flavor is weak melon and peach with a slight bubblegum/banana finish. Average mouthfeel. A big letdown after the taste cuvee blanche.

Bottle, St. Denis, France. Slightly hazy yellow-orange body, medium creamy buff head. Fruity, tart nose with pear, apple, and pineapple, spice, and grassy hops. Spicy body with clove, light fermented fruit, and a lingering spicy aftertaste. Cakey and salty.

Very nice, but lacks a few minor things. Clear golden color, pretty nice head. Strong banana, sweet fruit smell. fresh bread, banana taste. carbonation was light. A bit too malty for my pleasure, but i’d definately drink another.

Abio (1058) - Waasland, BELGIUM - MAY 23, 2010
Pours out lightly amber coloured. Nice head that holds good. Spicey-hoppy a bit sour but nice smell. Had to check the bottle, cause the taste seems a lot like a standard triple-taste at the first nip. Not bad.

Draft sample at a random cafe in Paris. Blond in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of banana, pilsner malt, and a bit of black pepper. More fruity banana in the mouth, along with vanilla, wheat, spicy yeast, minerals, and a faint herbal note. Slightly sticky mouthfeel. Not bad overall, but a bit blah.
