COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ochre coloured top fermented Abbey Beer with an abv of 6.7%. The use of Gatinais barley combined with carefully selected hops creates a perfectly balanced, relatively light tasting beer with a fruity malty taste.

330 ml bottle poured into a Leffe glass. It pours a clear golden honey colour with a small head which mostly disappears. Aroma isn’t strong, but smells of sweet malt and subtle spice. Flavour is initially sweet, but gives away to a fairly dry floral/metallic hop finish, which lingers around. Overall, I would choose Leffe Blonde over this.

Drunk from drought and from bottle. Light amber, clear with a very little head (especially from tap). There is a nice balance between hops and malt but malt sweetness takes over on the end. It’s a light beer when in comes to overall feeling, very easy drinking from tap. You got to taste it cold. It’s one of this belgian blond beers that is drank on everyday bases in taverns. Not exiting but better a simple lager or pils.
