Una blonde ale non troppo caratteristica. a tratti sembra di bere una strong ale ma comunque non in stile belga.

Bottle - light amber with a fluffy white head - good retention. Aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, banana and clove with some yeast and hay. Taste is sweet with banana, clove, grass, straw and yeast coming through afterwards. Some spices in the finish. Light body, high carbonation, slightly acidic and too sweet.

33cl bottle at home. The beer has a color of gold leaf and a nice white head, with a lot of bubbles. The aroma is fruity dessert apple and is balanced by a light sweetness of caramel. The dessert apple reflected in the full flavor with pleasant, mild bitters. A very nice and malty aftertaste.

Bottle in the King’s Head, Newton under Roseberry. Blonde with a white head. Notes of banana, caramel, citrus and moderate spice. Fairly acidic too. A touch thin tasting, but light and refreshing.
