Bottle -- Large white head with good retetion and good lacing. Rich honey colour. Quite light aroma with citrus and spices. Medium palate with average carbonation. Flavour is a lot like a witbier with quite a bit of citrus and spice. Not a lot of alcohol warmth considering. Not at all bad but too expensive in Oz.

Quite yeasty and sweetish, floral notes, lemons and citrus, not overly phenolic, doesn’t show its strength, clean. great lacing.

Meno pretenziosa della Grimbergen Tripel, però allo stesso tempo molto più sbevacchiona, piace abbastanza senza però colpire troppo. Può andare bene così en passant; comprata mio padre alla Coop.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2007 Bottle, 6.7%. Slightly spicy aroma, a little cookie. Clear golden colour. Big, stable white head, very nice and creamy. Good spicy flavour, some wheatiness. A lot like a spicy wheat beer. Peppery and clean, nicely drinkable. Slightly thin mouthfeel. 6 3 7 3 15

Draught. The aroma is a bit sour. The flavour starts off yeasty, then turns grainy and sour. 5 3 5 3 10

omhper (15600) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 11, 2007
Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear golden, rich head. Juicy pineapple aroma. Sweet and fruity, estery and yeasty. Medium bodied with thick, spritzy mouthfeel. Light botes of grass and metal. Some late careful bitterness. Well balanced and rather enjoyable, although not the most complex Belgian beer around.

Single Bottle from World Market. Pours a clear golden color with an initially thick white head that eventually settles down. Aroma is lightly spicy with a vague scent of banana and citrus. Medium body and lightly sweet, seemingly effortless to drink. Nice.

LiebeBier (805) - Annapolis, Maryland, USA - JUL 7, 2007
Bottle from Belgium - The blonde was a less complex version of the triple with nearly the same color and excellent clarity. Nice head and aroma. Slight spice flavor with more fruit flavors present.
