Moderate malty artoma with caramel notes; moderate hops aroma; additional notes of grape and honey. Dark golden colour with an average, creamy white head, mostly lasting and with good lacing. Flavour is heavy sweet and slightly bitter at the beginning, then the sweet character diminishes leaving more space to a moderate bitter and a light acidic taste in the finish and in the more-than-average lasting aftertaste. Body is medium with oily texture; lively carbonation; light astringent feeling in the finish. Pleasant and satisfactory beer. Aroma and flavour are fruity and complex; well balanced.

Golden with a small head with nice lacing though. Yeasty floral nose, bananas and fruits dominate the aroma. Lively carbonation, medium bodied, medium sweetness, fruity finish. A trademark blonde but nothing going on here..

Une bière blonde assez commune mais sans arrière goût désagréable. Ce place au-dessus des Kro et heineken mais reste une bière un peu plate qui est agréable en soirée ou apéro mais n’est pas utile pour une degustation.

On keg in 442 Bar, Milano - Pours clear golden with a medium-sized mostly lasting white head. Fresh citrus-acidic and fruity aromas. Taste is light acidic with slight sweet malts and citrus. Modest hop bitterness. Medium body. Sparkling mouthfeel. Dry finish. A really nice and refreshing Belgian... in Italy.

pours brigh honey colored. Quickly diminshing medium sized white head. Aroma is deep caramel and yeast at first, then fruity and citrus. Mild palate, balanced but not very remarkable finish. Taste is citrus, a little of yeast and caramel.

Bottle, 75cl. Pours a clear, deep golden colour with a nice, foamy head. Faint, hoppy aroma. Citrus notes but not much going on.

It’s all in the name; a nice blond honey-colored beer. Is has a slightly sour aroma, and also somewhat malty. It tastes "soft", and somewhat sweet whiskey-like, and it has a sweet aftertaste. Zoals de naam doet vermoeden, is het een mooi, blond honingkleurig bier. Het aroma is licht zurig, en enigszins moutig. De smaak is zacht en heeft iets zoets/whiskey achting. De nasmaak is eveneens zoetig.

Aroma: Field berries, a bit of caramel, Candi sugar and banana, reminding me aroma of a wittbeer. Visual: Pale blond, straw, very clear, generous head, rocky, dense and holding for long. Lacing is good and also sticking for long. Taste: Attack is a bit acid, with notes of sugar and banana. Mostly yeasty notes reminding wheat beers. Flavors are not very elaborated. Remains a very refreshing beer.

250ml bottle bought at Marketplace by Jason?s in iSquare, Tsim Sha Tsui. Clear amber orange colour; Very thin head and white foams which fades in 20 seconds; Small sticky lacing and active carbonation; Aroma of initial light perfume, Belgian yeast, candi sugar, malt, raisins and dark fruits; Mid to light sweet taste of malt, white bread, Belgian yeast, dark fruits, molasses, light citrus, and very light herbal hops; Medium body, slightly thick and slick palate; Taste profile is a somewhat like a bare bone Belgian Blonde without the usual banana / vanilla and caramel, just Belgian yeast, notable dark fruits and spices. Lager malt taste is quite obvious and as the beer warms, its taste somehow being weaken and feels like a Biere de Garde with shades of Ale palate. Not a good sign; Hoppiness is weak floral honey nose, light citrus and only shades of bitterness. Finishing is sweetness over hops; Slightly dry after taste, very easy to mouth. Comments: This is a pretty weak macro Blonde. With Leffe Blonde as standard yardstick, this one is weak and underwhelming, like a ghost lurks in the shadow of sunny and bubbly Blonde. Its lager malt taste is unraveled with rising temperature, and degenerate into a BdG - with no disrespect to this style, as I like it also - is disappointing. Leffe / InBev has nothing to worry about, as this pretender is miles away from being decent. Won?t buy again.
