A clear golden beer with a small but fast disappearing head. The aroma is light with notes of sweetness, a good maltblend, and creamyness. The flavor is a little flat with wheat sweetness. It is very smooth. A really good tasting beer.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2006 (Bottle 33 cl) Huge, white head. Lots of malt, lots of sweetness, but not really cloying though. Rather light body for such a strong beer. Very smooth and easy to drink. 150493

33 cL bottle. Pours clear golden yellow to orange with a huge slight off-white and collapsing head. Malt and yeasty spiced aroma. Classic belgian yeast flavour, light citrus fruity and spiced. In addition a malt note and a decent bitterness is available, almost pilsner like. Ends nicely bitter and dry.

Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear golden, rich head. Juicy pineapple aroma. Sweet and fruity, estery and yeasty. Medium bodied with thick, spritzy mouthfeel. Light botes of grass and metal. Some late careful bitterness. Well balanced and rather enjoyable, although not the most complex Belgian beer around.

Bottled. Goldenish amber colour with small head. Aroma of sweet berries and fruit along with some malty and hoppy hints. Very sour fruit in flavour. Also some hints of yeast and honey. Quite weird combination, but still ok to drink.

Yellow colour with a white head. Fruity acidic aroma with notes of yeast. Fruity flavour with notes of malts and hops. Definitely not the best blonde I’ve had.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2007 Bottle, 6.7%. Slightly spicy aroma, a little cookie. Clear golden colour. Big, stable white head, very nice and creamy. Good spicy flavour, some wheatiness. A lot like a spicy wheat beer. Peppery and clean, nicely drinkable. Slightly thin mouthfeel. 6 3 7 3 15

Draught. The aroma is a bit sour. The flavour starts off yeasty, then turns grainy and sour. 5 3 5 3 10
