My favorite beer. Not too heavy but a decent abv. Refreshing when slightly chilled. Always a good choice

Bouteille 330ml.

pours clear bright yellow with a decent white head, some retention and lacing. light grass, decent belgian spicy and yeasty bouquet, few oxidated notes, lager fruitiness, honeyish and lightly sugary malts. average to soft carbonation, lightly boozy, hint of acidity, light body - oily but kind of feels watery, short but present grassy-spicy finish. more than decent macro.

Slightly bronze looking beer, with big foamy head that lingers like an cloud above my beer. Leaves awesome lacing, you can see when you’ve taken your mouthful. Scent has sweet syrup and some exotic fruits, little citrus as well. Really soft mouthfeel, weissbier feel, some citrus and tannin. Like a blend of weissbier and belgian ale, and it works quite well! There was some buttery feel at start, but at the end it turned into bitter citrus. Quite nice belgian ale.

Drank at Cafe Benelux in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Really smooth but high alcohol so you need to be careful.
