Vanilla. Prune. Low carb. Slight buttery texture with some chalkiness too.
Brown royal oak colour with orange highlights. Medium bodied and smooth.

Nice Belgian ale, dark brown with almost no head. Aroma is sour and dried fruit. Taste is prunes, caramel, malt. Average....

Dark brown with a red tint and a thin lacy, somewhat lasting, off-white head. Smells of complex malt, caramel, and lots of spices - perfume, peach, nutmeg and dark berries, some light alcohol. Medium oily body with medium carbonation. Tastes of mostly alcohol with some chocolate and caramel malt and light spices in the background. The smell is defiantly better. Dry fruity finish. I enjoyed it with my meal.

pours clear amber with a small off-white head, little retention and lacing. caramel and spicy malts, spices, metal, cloying malt liquor, grassy. almost aggressive carbonation, light body, weak and bland grassy finish. weak non x-mas brew.

De mémoire, une bière "chimique", avec de nombreux arômes ajoutés. Un goût vraiment bizarre, très loin d’une bière de Noël en dehors de l’aspect.

Bottle 25cl. Pours a dark brown colour with a thin white head, plenty of malt and alchol in the aroma, the taste is soft with a winter fruit and a dry finish.
