Jan 22, 2007 Bottle. Dark brown colour with a mostly diminishing head. Aroma of dark malts, caramel and dark lagered fruits. Flavour is sweet, soft and roasty with raisins/prunes, some alcohol. Bitter fruity finish. Very tasty indeed.

Dec 30, 2005 Bottled (most likely in the 70s). Clear red-brown color, no head. Aroma of some caramel malt, heavy prune and raisin, some walnut, bit dusty. Slight sour taste, malty, still a bit sweet, bit roasted, dry. Very complex, i did not expect this to be drinkable actually.

Sep 22, 2005 Bottle. Dark amber colour with a large, just off-white head. Caramel and subtle fruits in the aroma. Taste is caramel and dark malts; lightly dark fruity with a nice bitter finish. Subtley complex; very good.

Jun 8, 2004 The old version. The owner of Delirium Café estimated the bottle to be from the mid seventies. I was very surprised that the beer was totally clear. Of course it was poured carefully, but I still find it impressive. Deep reddish brown coloured. The aroma and flavour are mature without too many raisins or prunes present. Very fruity, complex and very well balanced.
