Könnyedén odaképzelhető a vanília, mazsola, aszalt, illetve alkoholban érlelt déli gyümölcsök jelenléte, igazi csemegeként fogyasztható tehát.

Appearance with amber color (very dark), cloudy liquid and medium head. Aroma of wine and ripe fruit. On the palate, an acid taste (wine), red fruit and malt (sweet). A Belgian Strong Dark Ale very strong and delicate.

33cl squat little bottle that pours with a crystal clear amber body that has copper hues and support a thin tan head of foam that leaves behind some nice lacing. The aroma offers up molasses, raisins, prunes, honey covered raspberries and a dash of black pepper and booze. The taste is similar with rich sweet fruity esters like raisins, prunes, cherries and brown sugar covered sweet cranberries. It gets juicier to midway with sweet cranberry and sweet concentrated plum juice. Behind the juiciness is a thin layer of caramel and molasses. Pretty neat brew that I think will turn pretty darn amazing with a year or two or more on it.
