3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Ungstrup (22911) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 14, 2004
An amber beer with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, straws, berries, and with a light dry finish. I had expected more.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 JorisPPattyn (6428) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - AUG 30, 2003
Gushing to fluffy thick head, slowly dimidnishing. Orange-amber beer, clear. Faint crystal malt odour, faint citrussy arome. Taste is restrained to a light, cookie-like, light-roasted malt taste. bubblegum flavour. Very bland, uninspiring taste. Light bodied. No discernable aftertaste, but a faint cookie-flavour. Roussa is interesting for some of S&N markets, and superfluous for the beergeek.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 daknole (5474) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAR 16, 2008
Dark reddish color and a really nice aroma. I think all Grimbergens have a nice aroma. This is not nearly as good as the double or triple. But a drinkable beer. Malty flavor, maybe hints of caramel. Drinkable, but there are better beers in this category for sure.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Hildigöltur (5107) - København, DENMARK - APR 19, 2004
Reddish amber coloured. Plums and old notes in the aroma. Very sweet and honeyish flavour. Liquid caramel. Cloying.
