Bottle 750ml.

Clear medium to dark brown amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, nutty, dried berry, moderate yeasty, phenol notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, dark dried berries. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. Bottled. A chestnut brown beer with a light tan head. The aroma has notes of fruits and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dusty hops, caramel, and fruits, leading to a dry nutty finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is yeasty, dark roasted malt and slight vegetable like. Sweet caramelish and roasted malt flavoured. Mild yeasty fruity note. Ends lingering sweet and caramelish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Dedollewaitor. Pours a clear orangey brown with a lacing and somewhat rough beige head. The nose is rich in brown sugar and dark fruits. Solid body, sweet roasted malts, dark fruits, toffee and some phenols. A little metal also. Warming alcohol finish. 120910

Bottle at Papsø. Clear orange red coloured with a huge beige head. Spicy aroma of fruits and liquorice. Sweet and spicy flavour of liquorice and metal. Spicy finish.

Bottle @ Delhaize, Brussels. Pours amber brown with a small white head and lacings. Nose is caramel and nuts. A bit thin palate. Earthy and nutty flavor. Dry end.

(750ml bottle) Pours a clear brown head with a moderate beige head. Aroma of brown sugar, yeast, nuts, and caramel. Flavor of raisins, brown sugar, plum, toffee, and caramel.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear brown - offwhite head. Nutty, light bubblegum, phenols, fruity, light metallic, high yeasty, roasted notes. OK.

Clear mahogany with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel, yeast and nuts. Flavor had roasted malt, caramel, nuts, cardboard and yeasty notes.
