75cl Bottle. Brown coloured beer with some medium carbonation and a short white head. Light fruity malty hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. Finish is again malty with some fruity herby touches. Regular abbey dubbel. Nothing special.

Bottle from Delhaize, Oostende, Belgium, 19.12.11 consumed at home 28.12.11 Pours dark brown with a frothy light beige head, soft in mouth and malty with a little warmth, touch clinical in that it is very safe, clean and unexciting but it is fine. Yeasty with some caramel and a little watery dark fruitiness and dark sugar. Ok. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Pours a nice dark reddish amber color. Aromas of fruit, and some other hints, maybe some spices, maybe caramel. Flavor is a bittersweet, malty, and a hint of hops with a nice bittersweet finish.

Pours red-brown with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has liqourice, raisins, red apples. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and light grainy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet caramel, chocolate, raisins, mild sweetness. Pleasant.
