bottle from beer planet clear slightly dark yellow, gigantic smooth thick white to offwhite head. Looks real great. aroma is a near perfect balance of belgan yeast, spicy notes, sweet spicy notes, fruity notes, yellow fruit peel bitterness. flavor is yeast, bitter spices, bitterness from alc, yellow fruity notes, fruit peel bitterness, quite dry, in fact very dry also in the palate, yet quite some sweetness in there somehow. complex and quite powerful.

Bottle: Big vast white foamy head on top of a clear yellow orange colored beer. Smell malts, spices, caramel, hints of sweets, cocos and alcohol. Taste is a soft mix of (lot of) malts, barley, spices, alcohol, herbs, light bitter and (lesser) sweet.  Aftertaste is a soft mix of alcohol, malts and light grassy. Low carbo, soft silky mouthfeel and medium body.

gold tendance to amber color. strong alcolic sensation. not so balanced. something wrong from the pastorizing. the final is quickly and not interesting for a belgian tripel.

Spicy lemon, cookie dough, riesling, cream, pie crust, leather, herbal/spicy hops. Smells like some sort of spiced lemon pie. Moderately-heavy sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter flavor. Moderately sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter finish. Medium-full body, creamy texture, lively carbonation.

Bottle 33cl. A hazy copper beer with medium head. Smell is lemony. Aroma is malty, quite strong body, fruity side is there and very spicy, coriander ? Not bad brew but very alcoholic, near usual strong triple.

Assaggiata in bottiglia da 33 cl. Ottimo aspetto con una schiuma fine e compatta su un colore giallo intenso e opaco. L’aroma è floreale e maltato, intenso ma non violento. AL palato e corposa, ben equilibrata e con un gusto pieno, L’alcool si sente ma si fonde bene con il malto su un corpo pieno e quasi cremoso. Il tutto fluisce armoniosamente in un finale amaro e piacevole senza essere troppo violento o soffocato dalla gradazione alcoolica.

Pours clear golden with huge white head leaving nice tense lacing on the glass. Aroma is sweet malty, slightly yeasty and fruity. Crispy mouthfeel. Hoppy tart, fruity, a bit acidy sour flavor with notes of alcohol and raisins. Light bodied acidy palate feel. Tart hoppy and acidy sour longlived finish.

33cl bottle at Kulminator. Best before 2008-05-23. Golden colour with a white creamy head. Aroma is yeasty, but a bit off. Some unrecognized spice. Flavour is full with notes of citrus, yeast, spices. Some carbonation.
