Has a large head, as do most of the Belgian Tripples. Sweeter taste, but not overpowering. Alcohol taste not overpowering either. Almost as good as Duvel.

Golden orange with firm white head. Hazy.
Fresh and fruity aroma with notes of pears, apricots, laundry detergent. A bit malty.
Woody flavor with notes of rocks and oakvats. Fruity and quite alcoholic.Some almonds. Sweet and estery. Harsh. Low bitterness.

golden orange color, bubbly. Taste is full, tart, yeasty, sweet, somewhat dry but long finish. Didn’t really taste the alcohol, which was nice. Not a lot of hop, but there was a light "pine" taste at the end. Very good.

Compact foam much adherent one; optimal persistence. Orange color clearly, much limpid and incredibly bubbly one. Extremely rich of beads. Strong and decided, alcohol and grape white scent. Acidulous and full bodied; warmth and extremely strongly. Optimal aspect and optimal taste. Indeed good.

Bottle. Dark golden colour with a white head. Aroma is green apple, yeast. Flavour is yeast, green apple alcohol.

33cl bottle, clear golden colour, frothy and huge white head, caramel malt, yeast and fruits (orange, banana) aroma, sweet flavor, sweet finish with alcohol and metallic notes, drinkable, it not seems to be 9% abv

Bouteille de 33 cl de chez Casino à Cernier (CH). Jaune d’or, pétillement agréable sous une somptueuse mousse blanche tenace. Les parfums révèlent un corps puissant, des esters, baignés de caramel et d’orange. Le goût est vif avec une dominante douce et sucrée, agrume, épices et légère amertume. Ronde aux saveurs d’alcool, elle se borde de miel, vanille, banane et amande. Fin chaude et voluptueuse, pointe de sécheresse.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2012 33cl. bottle. It pours an unclear deep golden liquid with a very high white head and a precious lacing. Malty background, spices, alcohol and fruit. Full bodied. Warm, complex and nicely balanced brew.

Yellow colour. Creamy white lasting head. Malt and heavy hops and yeast in nose. Citrus notes too. Good carbon, full body, creamy texture. Simply few sweet but more bitter flavour. Nice long and bitter aftertaste. B@H
