RBESG 2012 Grand tasting lost rating. Aroma is roasted, smoke, burnt, wood, pretty strong. Taste is more bitter than sweet, roasted and woody. Dark brown head, dark brown colour. Finish is dry/tart. Very good.

From bottle, sampled @Papsoe’s. Entirely black body. A ring of dark choco colored bubbles on the surface. Intense aroma of rounded darkand warming malts and wood. Notes of alcohol, tar and coffe ground. Big body. Syrupy mouthfeel. Lots of "black" flavors. Licorice, tar, black coffe and heavy roast. Some residual sugars and a certain acidity underneath. Powerfull and very tasty.

Bottle @ RBESG Grand Tasting 2012, Bratislava. Pours black with a creamy head. Roasted nose and flavor. Fruit, vanilla, oak and coffee. Smooth. Delicious.

21/07 RBESG Grand Tasting, 0.75 l bottle. It poured very dark brown body with small brown head. Very nice aroma of coffee, raisins, caramel, wood and chocolate. Flavor was a bit bitter, coffee, licorice, some chocolate, ash, oak wood... Medium bodied considering the style and ABV, with lot of carbonation. Finish was very nice, sweetish and a bit sour coffee, slightly warming. Although not exquisite, it surely was a very nice stout.

RBESG ’12, Bratislava. Grand Tasting at Richtar Jakub. 66cl Bottle. Black colour, brown head. Aroma of bourbon, light sourness, hard roasted malts. Flavour is hard roasted malts, lots of bourbon, oak and vanilla, light chocolate, bitter finish. Fullbodied.

RBESG 2012 GT. Ahh, the Cunt :). Poured a black body with a dark brown head. Sweet spicy aroma, black raisins and vanilla. The taste is mostly raisins again, quite oaky, the barrel dominating everything. Is this note really supposed to say "soup"? And to quote my notes, "<3 Thx Aaron for sharing your Cunt <3"

Dark black, no head. Bourbon, alcohol, alcohol and concentrated fruit. Surprisingly bitter, lively carbonation, a good base sweetness. Excellent story to this beer... or what we made of it. :)

RBESG Grand Tasting. Almost black colored beer with small tan head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, syrup, oak, bourbon. Taste, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, roasted malt, oak, alcohol. Very light bitterness in finish. Nice.

Oily black, no head, aroma of bourbon, roast, medicinal. Flavor lacks, no enough roast, bourbon, malt. Thin and fizzy, not very good overall.
