650 ml. bottle. Pours a thin white, poorly retained head, over a cloudy, yellow (SRM 4) body.....nose is wheat, banana/bubblegum, light clove.....taste is light lemon, banana/bubblegum, light clove, ending with a harsh biterness.....mouth feel light of medium, carbonation adds a soda quality. This falls within the style. I would prefer it more if the banana/bubblegum and clove notes were stronger, taking it away from some of the soda qualities it has. Bottle thanks to Perrin515. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose is strong banana with wheat malt, lemon clove and light spice. Taste is same. Crisp and clean. Finishes with slight spice. Banana is dominant flavor throughout.

Bottle. Pours a hazy straw color with a finger of rocky white head. Settles quickly with minimal lacing. Aroma is wheat, strong yeast, slightly fruity and barnyard/must. Flavor is sweet, wheat, grain, and slightly fruity, yeasty tones. Mildly bitter finish with slight soapiness. Moderate carbonation and medium-light body, very drinkable. The hefeweizen flavors are there, but it seems a little unbalanced and the flavor is somewhat short lived. A light, drinkable, pretty good beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy golden color with white head. Wheat, clove, citrus flavors. Kind of weak flavored and flat. Not great.

Bottle from liquor max. pours pineapple with a thin white head that leaves little lacing. a bit of banana on the nose. Very dry on the tongue. Not getting much yeasty goodness. Not my favorite example of the style.

Bottle at Ryan's share with friends. Pour is hazy yellow in appearance with a bright white head and decent lacing. Clove, banana, light grass, fruity esters, biscuit, light skunk, but not bad, in the aroma. Taste clove, thyme, light banana, bread, yeast, and dough. Light body with high carbonation. Nothing offensive and really easy to drink, but I really wish there was a more pronounced clove/banana presence.

Bottle. Pours lightly hazy pale yellow with a medium, fizzy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is banana esters and wheat malt with spices and spicy hops. Flavor is malt forward with heavy banana esters, light hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Gold pour, white head. a phenol lovers delight! Some yeast and banana also. I wouldn’t call this awful, but it needs some work.

7/7/12. Shared at my going away tasting by me via adnielsen. Nice hazy yellow pour. Phenolic rubber aroma for sure with some funk. Slight banana and funk in the flavor with more phenolics. Meh.
