COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Grisette Blanche belongs to the rich family of Belgian white beers. It is therefore very refreshing in summer. However, it remains a full-bodied, savoury beer offering lots of contrast. Its head is typical of wheaty beers - creamy and compact - with an opaque, hazy appearance

Bottle (5,5% ABV). A hazy pale golden beer with a huge and persistent white head. The aroma is not so strong and is wheaty, with notes of coriander, orange peel and very light hops. The flavour has a moderate sweetness and some acidity. Some spiciness. Light body, lively/fizzy carbonation, not so long finish with light bitterness. Very watery, thin and above all boring.

Bottle, bought @ Bierpalais, Brügge.
Pours muddy pale yellow with a fine, staying, frothy, white head. Nice fruity aroma, lots of wheat, citrus and grapefruit. Highish carbonation with small bubbles, lightly watery texture. Flavour is sweet, lightly dry and grainy. The fruitiness is a bit subdued in the flavour, sadly. But still a rather fine wit.
