COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Grisette Blanche belongs to the rich family of Belgian white beers. It is therefore very refreshing in summer. However, it remains a full-bodied, savoury beer offering lots of contrast. Its head is typical of wheaty beers - creamy and compact - with an opaque, hazy appearance

Very pale yellow with a big whip cream-like white head. Fresh citrus aroma with a hint of coriander. Fruity sweet flavour with a spicy finish. A nice refreshing classic wit.

Tasting at my place. Courtesy of Fonefan. Golden with rising pearls and a nice head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of coriander and citrus. The flavour has sweetness and notes of coriander, citrus, wheat and the finish is slightly dry. The overall impression is somewhat thin.

Bottle. Pours pale yellow with a large frosty white head. Aroma is light citrus and some coriander. Flavour is typical wit with notes of coriander and citrus. Ok wit beer.

Hazy yellow of color with a white head. An aroma of perfume, sweets, citrus and cloves. A flavor of sweets, dry, spice and thin.

Aroma has citrus, yeasts and coriander. hazy, yellow coloured with a good white head. Taste is sweet with citrus, coriander, yeast and some maltiness. Quite carbonated and thin. So taste itself is pretty much hided. Not good, but reasonable refreshing.

25cl bottle purchased at Vinens verden, Odense: Pours hazy yellow/orange with a large white head. Aroma is classic witbier like - wheat, citrus & yeast with a touch of coriander. Palate is very very smooth & creamy. Quite drinkable but lacks a bit of character, a bit weak all around!

Hazy yellow color, thin white head. Spicey nose: coriander and citrus. Refreshing fizzy beer with lots of coriander in it. Malty background.
