(Bottle 25) Brewed by "Brasserie Friart" in Le Roeulx. Hazy, slightly greyish golden with a lovely perfumy nose, that usually indicates coriander. Very fresh and summerly. Appears to be brewed with some wheat (?) but definitely has the same spices as a Witbier. Very light and quenching with only weak suggestions of hops. 101099

Gold to faint orange beer; small white head, whipped-cream like, leaving some lace. Chalk, a bit milky nose, going over in citrus. Some hops, pale malts and background citrus in the taste. Rather dry start, mellowing without becoming really sweet. Well-carbonated, light body. Very light, refreshing beer. Surprisingly pleasing.
