COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Grisette Blonde is a pale ale that is very refreshing in summer. When drunk at a moderate temperature, it releases aromas of a richness that it is seldom found in other beers of this strength. Its head is smooth and white. It has a light yellow colour.

Papsoe (25083) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 22, 2005
(Bottle 25) Brewed by "Brasserie Friart" in Le Roeulx. Hazy, slightly greyish golden with a lovely perfumy nose, that usually indicates coriander. Very fresh and summerly. Appears to be brewed with some wheat (?) but definitely has the same spices as a Witbier. Very light and quenching with only weak suggestions of hops. 101099

Bottle, thx to fonefan. It pours and almost clear, golden body under a decent white head. Fruity and citrusy aroma with a little cellar note. Fruity flavor too, with pale malt and a little spicyness, leading to a dry, fruity finish. Medium mouthfeel. Sure a quaffable beer, but it’s rather boring. Nothing wrong with it, except that it’s weak and next to uninteresting. (080412)

25cl bottle from Noel Cuveliers. Gold, lasting off white head. Citrus Belgain yeast aroma, some lemon nice enough blond quite refreshing after a long day at work. Little bit woody. Some hop on finish. Perfectly pleasant.
