Scintillating, fresh and delicately flavoured, Grisette Fruits des Bois is a light, refreshing beer that is brewed with the best malt and wheat. This blend creates a riot of sweet yet slightly bitter tastes redolent of wild berries and other exquisite fruits of the forest.

Draught: Hazy red. White pink head. Aroma of dusty (bit artificial) red fruit. Different red fruits. Flavour is dusty red fruit, not super sweet but pretty sweet, sugary, light malty... Aftertaste is some red fruit, light sweet some malts and light light bitter, oh no thats a lie. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, just medium bodied. Nah..

Color cereza y espuma rosa. Trigo y 20% de zumo de frutas del bosque. Por tanto es frutal en aroma y sabor, pero mas cerveza que otras, con trigo y bastante bebible. Sobre todo para acompañar un postre...

Hazy ruby pink, light contrasting white ringed head. Tart, earthy and acidic juice cordial. Initial taste is richly sweet, off balanced and uninitiated fruitiness. Drying, decent carbonation. Weird pacey sweet fruit finish and dry sticky sweet linger. Brassy bitter. 25cl bottle.

Bottle. 3.5%. Best before 16.07.14; 7 months past. Pours a hazy dark amber, with a pinkish head. Aroma is a blend of berries and cooked vegetables. Horrendous. Cereals in the background. Flavour is overly sweet, almost sugary, with berries and more cooked vegetables. Quite bad. Dryish finish. Overall quite bad, due to the cooked vegetables, otherwise it might be drinkable. 28.02.15.
