At a tasting in "Sar Hamashkaot" in Ramat Gan, thanks Eviathar, bottle, pours hazy amber color with a nice white head, beer spiced with quince, chewing-gum aroma, sour and sweet, strong sweetness and compote taste, light body, overall an interesting fruit beer, but not my cup of tea.

aged sample 1.5 yr after BBdate Medium pearling off-white head over metallic yellow beer with cold haze, very carbonated. Old apples, old sherry, bit dusty, fruity. Sweet apples, medium sweet sherry, watery finish. Very light (if any) body, just a lot of fizz with some stickyness backthroat. Despite the low ABV, the aging has done a world of good to this drink, that when young was probably just a lot of fizz.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of apples and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and malt, leading to a slightly acidic apple finish.

At a tasting, thanks Evyatar: cheese cake, cream and very fruity, marshmellow, Quince jam, some artificial vanila flavor, sickly sweet, good mouthfiil relative to it’s strength, way too sweet, way too weird, an alcopop.
